• Question about Next State...1

    Hi,



    I was wondering what the Next State…1 through 5 fields do. When I try to pull them up in my database, I get: "Entry not in design list." I'm not sure if it should be pointing at a different view or something.

      The fields are not used elsewhere - they're simply there as a "note" as to the possible next states for the specified state. In Beta 3, they are pointing to an incorrect view (completely my fault) and should be fixed in the next release.

          I did do the new forms UI you see in Beta 3 - other than that I'm just a happy "user".

    • Next State fields

      The Next State fields are currently only informational. Originally they were to be used by a "Chart Tool" which would provide a flowchart-like interface for editing your workflows. Unfortunately, I never found the time to complete writing the chart tool, so the fields are being used by the engine.
