    I am new to the TeamMailBox template so if I am asking something that is well known, I apologize. I have inherited a Domino system which has used the TeamMailBox template extensively. I have a user who is requesting I fix one of the mail boxes. Basically, he claims that previously, when one person read a document in the mailbox it was marked as read for all users. He indicates that the database is no longer functioning in that manner and asks that I make repairs. My question, of course, would be first does TeamMailBox have such a feature and if so does anyone have a suggestion of where I might start in diagnosing the situation?
