Several of my users have installed this brilliant widget in their notes clients. However, in the past week, several people have contacted me and told me that the File Naviator is not properly installed.



Yesterday I tried to help one of my users, and sure enough, it didn't work. After the plugin is installed, and Notes have restarted, the sidebar panel containing the File Navigator just won't show up. If I check Preferences, the entry for File Navigator isn't there either.



These users have brand new computers, with fresh installations of Notes 8.5.



Any ideas, or hints on what I could try to check?



If I check the My Wigets panel, it tells me that the File Manager is installed.
