I´ve probably something wrong configured. When I create ticket, selected supporter doesn´t recieve notification, after doing some actions, user doesn´t recieve infos about his ticket…
So, no e-mail reports work for me. What I´ve forgot to setup?
And after click on some links I can see error message "non valid or not exists document" (or something like this - for example in Configuration-ReportTemplates, NTP reports, Logfiles)
