We have installed the !!Help!! database and it works exellent.

But the dispacher does not convert the receved mails into tickets.

The mails are shown under the point new tickets - by number.

But these docs are only Memos and there is no way set an supporter or s.th. else (subject and budy only).



Maybe there someone, who can help me!
