I see the tag area on Blogs & Wikis, but I don't see an easy way to identify what skills people have tagged them selves with.

As a user of the application, I may not know what individuals have used as tags for the skills. I think it would be helpful once you open the directory area to see a list of the skills as tags and have them used similar to the filters in the blog and wiki area.
