• Opening a .nsf Lotus Note 4.53 database

By Jeff Allen 2 decades ago

I have been asked by a Law firm to open a .nsf Lotus Notes database file. The database came with an application/API called ARM (Account Research Manager). The problem is the application wants a Customer ID and PIN which my client nor their client has (Previous Admins are gone and ARM has changed hands). The databaes are from 1998 so my hope is that they are not encrypted or can be opened? I have read articles and none have helped. To date I have loaded Domino Administrator and Server 5.0.11 and when trying to open the database I get the error "The database has local access protection and you are not authorized to access it locally" Any solutions or products to try will be appreciated.
