While it's great to demonstrate/learn what Eclipse could bring to Lotus Notes in terms of new Java API/UI - I really think that Mail Rules in whatever mailbox mode should be inside product's core and not require any additonal download/deployment/etc. Having them in mailbox Domino server mode and not in local mode doesn't make any sense for me.
