I am giving this bot a good look over and I have to say it's pretty cool. I have an issue that I thought was related to the first round of the broken image display. I have the latest code which you posted to change the case of the HTML tags.

The issue lies within a difference with the stand-alone Sametime Connect 8.5.1CF1 and the embedded ST 8.5.1CF1 within LN 8.5.1.FP5 client. The embedded client displays everything without an problems. The stand-alone client is displaying the broken image link. The interesting part is if you view the chat logs, the images appear. I am leaning toward the issue is related to the proxy settings. Since the embedded client most likely leverage the internet preferences, the stand-alone client does not have any web preferences.

I turned on logging and I think this message is related:

                WebContainer has not been initialized

 

Can you provide any other thoughts on the issue?
