Is there anyway to do escalations? i.e. if after so many days/hours the request has not been processed e-mail the person waiting-on and the requestor
QAF does not have any such features. However we are considering including some functionality in the future which will let you define sophisticated selection criteria that drives output to a number of protocols such as email and RSS. We (at Qenos) currently use an application called Task List to do this independantly of the workflow engine. We have developed this internally. Thanks for the query.
