Love the look and functionality, but I'm getting the following error and can't figure it out

Could not save the document NEW_2b NotesException: Notes error:

You are not authorized to perform that operation

I have every possible right on the server and to the database, have signed all the design elements and still no luck.

Sure could use a hand.
