Receiving intermittent HTTP 404 Error while browsing Wiki pages and when creating/saving pages.

Error:

"Error 404 HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - File does not exist"

If I press the refresh button on the browser the page will load. This is occurring about every other page.

Running version 1.2.2 on R8.5, Windows 2003 server
