• Scheduled Analysis does not work

    I created a new MailAnalysis.nsf from the new template (btw. why is it named V1.5 ???) created a profile and scheduled the Agent to run on my server. However, I do not get any results although the agent ist started correctly. Manual Analysis works fine.

    Server Version 6.5 running on Win32, German LanguagePack installed.

    • Did you sign the DB?

      Hi Wolfgang,



      Did you sign the database (especially the agents) with a user who has the right to execute agents on your server ?



      If not sign te whole DB with the Domino Administrator.



      Where did you see a mention to 1.5 ? I maybe mistyped something…. ;-)

        Hi Renaud!



        Of course I did sign the template, the agent runs properly, but it does not find any data for the selected period. Perhaps it has to do with the german LanguagePack on my server. Had no time to test it with an english one…



        Regarding Version 1.5: The download- file has the name "manalysis1.5.zip". And if you open the template on the server, its database title is "Mail Analysis 1.5 Template", too.



        Besides, don't you support kSpam any longer?

          Happy to know it useful for you !



          Might be the germane language pack indeed.



          For the 1.5 file and template, it seems I was a bit tired. ;oP



          Regarding kspam, I asked some support in the kspam project, but I never had any answer….. So for the moment I leave it aside which doesn't mean I won't add it later on.



          If you still have my email, can you send me the log DB you try to make the analysis ?



          I will have a look to see what's wrong, as soon as I have some time.
