PROBLEM

Some workflow Actions appear to become duplicated in the Action dialogs after a period of time.



DIAGNOSIS

The duplication is caused by replication conflicts. These conflicts are being caused due to a recent enhancement which records ServerScript log document details (eg UNID) in the respective ServerScript or Action.



SOLUTION

QAF quality engineering (:P) agrees that workflow components should not be modified by the workflow engine during normal operation. In this case the workflow engine is modifying Action documents that have a ServerScript component (2 stage script) , each time these Actions are used by a user. The next release will implement an alternative way to link SS Logs to Actions/ ServerScripts without modifying the parent document.
