Further to my last posting has any progress been made on the account settings not being saved when lotus notes is closed and then reopened? The notes version I am using is 8.5.2, on some rare occasions when I start notes the settings are still there but not very often. Problem is I don't see anything different I am doing that would cause settings to return now and again but in the majority of cases they just dissapear.
