    Missing design note - don't know if it affects functionality:

    • MenuUtility.js not used

      MenuUtility.js is referenced in two of the custom controls but no functionality uses it. To resolve this error you can modify ccPageMenu and ccPageMenuwithShare and remove this line:

      I have opened a line item to remove this the next time the template is updated.

          After deleting the from the ccPageMenu & ccPageMenuwithShare I'm now getting the error HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - Entry not found in index [/test//wiki3.nsf/dx/$file/] Anonymous

          Any hints?
