A company policy set:

File -> Preferences -> User Preferences -> Mail -> General



(x) Encrypt saved copied of sent messages

(x) Encrypt messages that I send

(x) Sign messages that I send





You are a assistance who have access to the mailfile/calendar from a CEO. You open it and create a appointment. The save and encrypt options are set as default. You know that you must disable it… so you disable them and create a new entry from your CEO.



The CEO open it to read it… wish to close it … via SAVE & CLOSE… but the company policy jumped in and set the encryption and sign fields.



What happend? Correct… other CEOs and the assistance called the Administrator that they are unable to read the appointment.



When I open a incoming email and press save & close it isn´t signed and encrypted. So I would say this one with the calendar is a bug :-).
