Very usefull template but it has the following bug :

in the reply form, if I press the "Reply to all" button, it works only with the addresses present in the "cc" field of the original message but not with the addresses present in the "To" field of the original message (I believe it should to add all the addresses in "cc" and "to" fields of the original message in the "cc" field of the reply message)
