I was trying to figure out why, after creating several actions in the Qenos designer interface, none of them were showing up in the embedded view. Turns out the "FormTitle" field was not getting set to "Action" in the same way that the field was set to "Role" or "State" on those corresponding forms. As far as I can tell, simply adding the field at the top of the form and setting the formula to "Action" (and refreshing the documents) was sufficient to fix the problem.
