Tried this on two different servers using your nsf (only signed and added my id to acl).  Hit the "Create PDF/ internal file resource" button, and the pdf gets created.  Close the pdf and hit the button again.  The webpage will not generate a pdf when the button is pressed for a second time.  You must wait 30 seconds before the button will work, or refresh the page using F5.  Other buttons on the page also do not work for the 30 seconds.
