Problem with Tabs TODO 1, TODO 2 and History in some Tickets

In some Tickets i open the Tab Todo1 or Todo2 where normally the mails are visible, but i can see only the same subform in all tabs :

(?)lblNewActionTimeDate
(?)lblNewActionTimefrom
(?)lblNewActionTimeuntil
(?)lblRecent
I cant find the mails regarding to this ticket.
