We have created discussion databases using StdXLDiscussion template here of 01/12/2011 (discussion8xl.ntf) of 05/06/12. in these databases, the view '/allDocuments.xsp' does not present correctly in Internet Explorer. Using the IBM official and default Upgrade Pack 1 version, we have another problem in that the 'Search' command on the web does not work.

I understand that a new and fixed version of discussion8xl.ntf will be shipped in 8.5.4 (January 2013?) but we don't want to wait for this - it's a really important Db which lets us show off the power of Domino and XPages to senior staff - but it is spoiled by this very annoying flaw. Either bad IE rendering (the OpenNTF version) or no searching possible on the web (UP1 version)

Can the new and fully warranted fixed 8.5.4 version of discussion8xl.ntf be made available here so that we can use it before release? it seems silly to have to wait so long otherwise for what is animportant component in terms of marketuing the value of the Domino investment to managers.
