Simple CRM - Feature Request: Integration with OpenNTF Mail template...


...or with any other Notes mail template. That is: A spesification for integrating Simple CRM with Notes mail using OpenNTF Mail Template as reference design.
Functionality samples:
Ability to:
- 'lift' received email to document database.
- launch Simple CRM databases from mail db (without altering layout of mail template)
- interface with TODO functionality of the mail template.

The functionality should be available using both the Notes and the web client.
