wfNote - Review: Brilliant simple effective easily customized


I've been using this engine for a few years now and I have to say I still really like it.  Compared to other WF engines, this one seems to be the easiest to implement.  It's a snap to enable workflows using existing business forms and processes with it.  Just drop the subforms on an existing Notes form, define the workflows and the notifications and that's it! (well... almost!)

I have heavily customized its look and feel, but the actual workflow engine remains the same because it just works!

In this field you can enter the actual review.

You can use the rich text editor for rich text formating. You can also enter HTML to embed objects, e.g. to embed a YouTube video or a screenshot of the project. In this case use '[' and ']' to mark the passthrough HTML as such.

Please note that the first time you use the new UI your description is converted from rich text to MIME. You might want to copy and paste the raw plain text from the old UI in the new UI so that you don't loose information.
