Mail Merger - Feature Request: Send job to user


Same context that my last post, it would be nice to send a mail to the user where he can lauch a job (with a button) to merge a local mailbox/archive a his personal mailbox.
The job will launch on his Notes.



Taken Actions by Owners

This is more a matter of ACL settings than anything else. If you want a user to hers/his own merge process, with 'opening' up on the ACL short term / long term this is doable as the application is today.
If you set up the document and send them a link, then they can press the button to merge the mailbox themselves - if they have the correct ACL settings.


In this field you can enter the actual request.

You can use the rich text editor for rich text formating. You can also enter HTML to embed objects, e.g. to embed a YouTube video or a screenshot of the project. In this case use '[' and ']' to mark the passthrough HTML as such.

Please note that the first time you use the new UI your description is converted from rich text to MIME. You might want to copy and paste the raw plain text from the old UI in the new UI so that you don't loose information.
