OpenNTF Mail Experience - Feature Request: reply address included in stationery

Most of my notes networks have multiple addresses, either before or after the @: in the UK, for instance, it's common to have the .co.uk and the .com version of your company domain, or for companies to merge and retain both domains from the pre-merger businesses. In the before-@ category there are those who want to manipulate reply-to fields, so that replies for stuff they send to a particular client are directed to that client's project-specific mail-in DB.

In either scenario, handing the alteration of reply-to addresses on a memo by memo basis is a royal PITA, as Notes runs at present. It's easy to receive multiple domains & addresses, but the send is always the default or NAB configured owner domain.

Yes, I understand that this feature could in theory facilitate spamming and yes I also realise there are some risks that making this work further up the pipe, at the anti-relay settings, could be awkward: but neither of those are stricly our problem.

So what I would like to see is that when one saves an item as stationery, it includes the reply-to address as an editable field, so that people can then pick "reply as..." in the "reply other" button, or can start a new memo by clicking on a staitonery outline with labels like "reply as me... reply as my boss... reply as sales/reservations/enquiries" etc

You can use the rich text editor for rich text formating. You can also enter HTML to embed objects, e.g. to embed a YouTube video or a screenshot of the project. In this case use '[' and ']' to mark the passthrough HTML as such.

Please note that the first time you use the new UI your description is converted from rich text to MIME. You might want to copy and paste the raw plain text from the old UI in the new UI so that you don't loose information.
