OpenNTF Mail Experience - Feature Request: Optionally choose to have all recipients copied to Meetings / To Dos


Can you make the following set of functions an OpenNTF option?

When using the action menu to copy an email into a calendar entry or a to do, any values in the To, CC, or BCC fields of the rec'd email get copied into the corresponding fields on the calendar entry or to do.

You can imagine the embarrassment of some users when they've received an email about something they need to remember and then follow that process to get it into their calendar or on their To Do list only to have invited everyone on the email or assigned them a task inadvertently. Oops.

My users would love this as an option and not the default behavior. Thanks for your consideration.

In this field you can enter the actual request.

You can use the rich text editor for rich text formating. You can also enter HTML to embed objects, e.g. to embed a YouTube video or a screenshot of the project. In this case use '[' and ']' to mark the passthrough HTML as such.

Please note that the first time you use the new UI your description is converted from rich text to MIME. You might want to copy and paste the raw plain text from the old UI in the new UI so that you don't loose information.
