DominoTeamHelpDesk - Feature Request: MailIn-DB


Hi Brian!

Great software. I just started to customize it to my needs. Maybe I will translate it to german.

As most of the customers are not using LotusNotes, I think the most conveniant way to
communicate with them is with email. First of all I started using DTHD as MailIn-Database.
The Domino-Links for the customer I replaced with a "real" email. Next I will try to get the
followups into the Request-Document. Any ideas / recommendations are appreciated.

As soon as work is finished and tested I will send you the database - maybe you can use
any of the modifications for your project.
