OpenNTF Mail Experience - Feature Request: "This message has been replied-to" - clickable?


I've also asked the developers at Lotus to add this feature.

To take this a step further, what I submitted to Lotus was:
What I wish, and you don't currently get is:
1.) A doclink to the forwarded/replied to message
2.) The reference of who you forwarded/replied the message to.

The Lotus noets Technical Lead at Lotus said:
It is actually fairly simple to do if you don't care about scalability/performance.
The problem we have is to track this information as well as the other requesting data which is the time/date of the action without causing scalability/performance issues.
In 6.5, we did a fair amount of magic to make the reply to/forwarded indicators perform well without having a sizable server impact. We are investigating adding the kinds of additions mentioned here in R7, but don't count on it.

In this field you can enter the actual request.

You can use the rich text editor for rich text formating. You can also enter HTML to embed objects, e.g. to embed a YouTube video or a screenshot of the project. In this case use '[' and ']' to mark the passthrough HTML as such.

Please note that the first time you use the new UI your description is converted from rich text to MIME. You might want to copy and paste the raw plain text from the old UI in the new UI so that you don't loose information.
