Project Management - Feature Request: Subscription mechanism


It can be interesting for people who are not directly interested by a project to be advertize when something happens (new version, new project , Etc..).
Me, as notes admin, i'm interested when you are creating a new release of specific template.

Thus is it possible to have a subscription mechanism on all phases of a projects
