Open Notes Picture Database - Feature Request: enhance "Blog config" form to not refresh all pictures every time


Pictures need to be refreshed on every change of your BLOGS URL as we have the URL stored in the pictures for some functions. I would like to have the code changed so only URL changes cause a refresh of the documents. this will help to save some time for users with a Server not in the LAN.
