VIC CRM for Notes - Feature Request: Allow import from both the Inbox and Custom Folder.

I got ticked off by the import feature and revised it a little bit.

The Journal's GetMail agent originally imported from the ($Inbox) folder OR a user-defined import folder (mine is called "VIC"). Anything not matched goes to the SpamTrap. There were two ways to get mail out of the SpamTrap and into VIC. One is to edit the mail and put a keyword in the subject (you've got to have the keyword defined in your UserPreferences Email|Import tab). The second is to drag the mail to the VIC folder, go to your UserPreferences and change them, then import the mail, then change your preferences back to the Inbox.

I've put a replacement GetMail agent in the Docs section here on OpenNTF. It now allows you to import from the Inbox AND the Vic folder. The change allows the importation of both the ($Inbox) folder and a user-defined VIC import folder at the same time. This way, you can simply drag false negatives from the SpamTrap folder into the VIC import folder as you're culling your SpamTrap. These will then be imported without you having to change your settings. To make this work you'll also need to change the UserPreference form in the Config db and add "Both" as an option to the ImportFrom field.

It'll be in the next release.

In this field you can enter the actual request.

You can use the rich text editor for rich text formating. You can also enter HTML to embed objects, e.g. to embed a YouTube video or a screenshot of the project. In this case use '[' and ']' to mark the passthrough HTML as such.

Please note that the first time you use the new UI your description is converted from rich text to MIME. You might want to copy and paste the raw plain text from the old UI in the new UI so that you don't loose information.
