User Administration Utility - Feature Request: Add Undelete capabilities


Since the ID and last public key the user had are stored in the NotesPerson document when they are deleted we need a means to undelete the user in case they come back to the company.

However, I need to know if this is common practice. Just because we can, does that mean we should do this?
