OpenNTF Mail Experience - Feature Request: Add Email Disclaimer functionality to template


Add a client side function that would allow an administrator to enable email disclaimer functions. Similar to the R7 Beta 2 function but done at the template level so all Domino clients can use rather then an R7 function only.

Disclaimer should allow plain text as well as html; should be enabled at the template level so users cannot disable. (Maybe users do not see the disclaimer being appended)

When a reply comes in, an agent should look for the disclaimer text and remove it to prevent duplication of the disclaimer.

The disclaimer should be done at the client level to keep load off the server processes.

I am no notes expert but I will help in any way I can.
