OpenNTF Mail Template - Feature Request: Verify deletion from All Documents view


I think this should be a dialog warning users that they are about to permenantly remove the selected document from all views and folders in there mail file. It should have a checkbox right on the warning dialog to "Don't show this warning again."

I agree with David that many users don't understand the structure of the mail file and don't realize that they've asked to permenantly delete the selected document and all references to it. They also don't realize that calendar entries are part of their mail file.

Again, I see this as more of a warning that can easily be disabled after the first time it's read, than a confirmation that needs to display each time a user pushes the delete key.
