Changes:
- Change Name from MailScan to OpenMailScan
- Documentation Bugfixes
- Changing default debuglevel in configuration examples
- Adding timestamp to logs
- Designchanges in Config-Template (Create-Button, Save&Close in Form)
- Other error handling: Task dosn't stop anymore if it can't process any email
