User Administration Utility v1.3 REALEASED!!!

This version adds options to customize the resulting new window when selected in the Menu Config document. I've also added a Get Servers button and Get Certifiers button. These buttons get all the servers and certifiers from the Domino Directory and creates their corresponding documents.

Please note that the first time you use the new UI your description is converted from rich text to MIME. You might want to copy and paste the raw plain text from the old UI in the new UI so that you don't loose information.
