Version 1.6 is almost ready to go.

This version is a small enhancement that fixes the following issues.

1) - Favicon path is now correct and icon displays
2) - Removed reference to files no longer used in Open.TV, this prevents errors in the Domino log
3) - Added agent to remove favorites from list once they expire
4) - Fixed bug in rating code that prevented anonymous ratings.
5) - Fixed bug in login code that prevented IE7 users logging in
