Provide framework into which class libraries can be organized.

Provide new classes that extend key production objects such as NotesSession?, NotesDatabase, NotesView?, and NotesDocument?.

Provide classes for accessing Directories such as Domain Directory and Personal Address Book.

Provide reflection classes that not only facilitate runtime access to Notes design elements such as Forms and View but also lists of classes and methods/properties of each class.

Provide a library of LotusScript functions similar to that found in @Formulae language

Provide basic utilities to import/export data to/from Excel and Word

Provide a frame-based UI that implements IBM's published UI guidlines and implements (in Notes 6 client) popular Notes 8 UI capabilities such as Preview on Right and Toolbar.

Provide basic application features such as application settings, user preferences, keyword documents, external dependencies, roles, edit history, and error logging.

Provide Notes developer tools such as a property code generator, ASCII table, view icons, action bar icons, and Hex to RGB conversion for colors.

Provide a consolidated library of icons and other graphics elements that can used within applications.
