Add some surprise functionality to promote distribution of content.

eg.:

random display an image on a 'spotlight' place on the startpage
display suggestions on a picture page, these suggestions should somehow be related to the picture displayed (same category, same tags, same author etcetera (highest score in combination of factors will be displayed first)).
