Qenos Application Framework - Feature Request: "Deploy QAF" action to include Global Settings and Component documents

Add 2 options to QAF Deployment code:

1. Create / Replace GLOBAL SETTINGS document
- Replaces the Global Settings document in destination DB(s) from the source template

2. Create / Replace Workflow Component(s)
- Replaces selected workflow component document(s) in the destination DB(s). Replace is performed based on reference number (a_RefNo field) in order to maintain workflow integrity in destination DB(s).

USAGE
The benefit of the new options is that Global Settings and generic workflow components (typically Global), such as common statuses (Draft, Open, Closed etc) and roles (Document Author, Application Coordinator etc) can be standardised and consistent accross QAF applications. Examples of generic components are now supplied with the QAF template and referenced in the Global Settings document sample, also included in the QAF template.

In this field you can enter the actual request.

You can use the rich text editor for rich text formating. You can also enter HTML to embed objects, e.g. to embed a YouTube video or a screenshot of the project. In this case use '[' and ']' to mark the passthrough HTML as such.

Please note that the first time you use the new UI your description is converted from rich text to MIME. You might want to copy and paste the raw plain text from the old UI in the new UI so that you don't loose information.
