SuperNTF - Feature Request: Standardize document printing formatting


Establish a standard document printing function for SuperNTF forms, including formatting of margins, headers, footers, etc.and action buttons for initiating the print function. Cosideration should be made for tables that display well onscreen as well as when printed.

Optionally the notion of a "Print Version" of a form could be explored, where an entirely different form is created just for printing. This might involve adding a "print form" field to the form configuration feature, such that calling the print command would invoke that form.
