xProperties Custom Control - Feature Request: add a custom property "AllowEdit"

A new custom property "AllowEdit" with the default false will allow to edit properties.

If set to true there would be an edit button or on double click on the values it would show the value in a multi-line edit box with a little check and x image on the side or below so one can then edit that value(s). Once a value has changed a little save button appears in the top menu (or the check x combination). This way one can change multiple properties before saving back.

In this field you can enter the actual request.

You can use the rich text editor for rich text formating. You can also enter HTML to embed objects, e.g. to embed a YouTube video or a screenshot of the project. In this case use '[' and ']' to mark the passthrough HTML as such.

Please note that the first time you use the new UI your description is converted from rich text to MIME. You might want to copy and paste the raw plain text from the old UI in the new UI so that you don't loose information.
