!!HELP!! - Feature Request: Time spent on a ticket


First at all, congratulations for the great work!

We are starting to use !!HELP!! 1.6 and there is one important statistic missing: the work time spent on a ticket. This feature is very important when you charge for the services.

Since every action has a timeframe registered, I think it should be easy to calculate the total time spent to close a ticket.
