!!HELP!! - Feature Request: New Ticket (not from e-mail) should leave field department and phone blank until a user is entered
When you create manually a new ticket in 1.0.7 and prior the fields for phone and department are filled by a lot (all available entries of the directory) of information. This might lead into a vilotation of 64k limits in Notes. Please surpess the calculation of these fields until a user name is entered.
