User Administration Utility - Feature Request: Automatically delete Inactive Accounts


Need a way to automatically delete inactive accounts. I think this will require a couple of things.

1. If activity tracking is enabled in the Domain configuration document then
a. Send an e-mail to the user warning them that their account will be deleted on a certain date if they do not use Lotus Notes before that date.
b. Delete the user on that date

2 If activity tracking is not enabled in the Domain configuration document then
a. Do nothing

In this field you can enter the actual request.

You can use the rich text editor for rich text formating. You can also enter HTML to embed objects, e.g. to embed a YouTube video or a screenshot of the project. In this case use '[' and ']' to mark the passthrough HTML as such.
