First of all I like to say that I think NotesOSS is a really cool initiative. Thanks for this Bruce and Nathan.
I have been working on a development method for Notes. The goal is to make development in Notes more consistent and beter, to generate documentation on software and to help the developer by creating some of the elements of the database based on the specifications. It includes making specification in a standard way and based on those specifications the creation of a skeleton database wich can be further developed to fill in the hard bits. You can also modify existing databases with this tool. At this moment the database generation is done via the C++ API but I have plans to do via XML. That makes it possible to, for example, create skins. It can also make a test plan for you.
If anyone is interested I am willing to share this with you and make it a Notes Sauce project.
