I hope this site (when finished) will allow you to quickly find answers to these questions. The idea is simple: people will register on this site and fill some basic info (website, skills) and location info. When an employer will look for a developer or admin with some skills, he can quickly search for people near him.

This site is inspired by http://djangopeople.net (the site is not working now) and http://djangopeople.me. In future it can be extended with job postings like on http://djangogigs.com/.
