GMI SURVEY

This is a simple database for creating small surveys.

2 User roles are available:

MANAGER:
Can create the template for a survey and activate/deactivate the current survey


SURVEY
Is allowed to see the results of the survey


The user can only participate in the survey. He is not allowed to see the results or answers of
other people.


Information on how to create a survey survey

Only users with role MANAGER are allowed to create surveys

Only users with role SURVEY are allowed to see the results

Users can only enter replies, but not see answers of others

The manager needs to activate a survey template. Only 1 template can be active.
Title and remarks will appear on the question form

Only following type of questions/answers are possible

Open question (user can enter short text)
Radio buttons (user can only select one answer)
Checkbox (user can select multiple answers)
