• Importance setting doesn't have any effect

    I found that when trying to set the importance to high, mails sent out by the agent don't have a high importance setting. I had to change the control choices for the importance field on the "new communication" form from

    Low

    Normal

    High



    to



    High|1

    Normal|2

    Low|3



    for this setting to work.
